Founder's Message
Dear Friends,
As the founder of The Mary Ojulari Foundation, it is with immense pride and gratitude that I share this message with you. Launched in November 2024, our foundation represents not just an initiative, but the culmination of a decade of heartfelt commitment to uplift lives and foster sustainable growth within our communities.
Over the past ten years, I have had the privilege of sponsoring 25 remarkable children, guiding them through primary, secondary, and university education. Watching two of them graduate and secure meaningful employment has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education.
Yet, the journey doesn’t end there; 23 children continue to pursue their dreams, and I remain dedicated to ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
The inspiration for this foundation also stems from my active involvement during the 2023 Nigerian general elections. Educating my local community about civic responsibility revealed not only the importance of informed voting but also the stark reality of poverty that grips our nation. This experience was a wake-up call that propelled me to leave the private sector and fully commit to a life of impact.
The Mary Ojulari Foundation primarily focuses on Enterprise Solutions, driving a culture of entrepreneurship. We believe that empowering individuals with the resources, skills, and opportunities to start and grow their businesses is essential for creating sustainable livelihoods.
Through tailored mentorship, innovative support programs, and grants for young entrepreneurs and women, we aim to nurture resilience and spark creativity within our communities.
In addition to our focus on enterprise, we are also committed to human capital development, offering educational programs and skill-building workshops to equip individuals with the knowledge they need to succeed. Furthermore, we advocate for progressive policies that support financial literacy and promote entrepreneurship, ensuring that our communities can thrive.
